Personal Profile
Priscilla Blanco is a local South Florida music director and vocal coach. She currently works as a Vocal Director with Celebrity Cruises. She also accompanies musical theater productions and classes at the University of Miami. Priscilla is a graduate of Florida International University. She taught in the Miami-Dade Public School system for five years and served as secretary and president for the Miami-Dade County Music Educators Association during her tenure. She was awarded the honor of ‘Rookie Teacher of the Year’ in the school district’s central region. She performed and taught improv comedy at Villain Theater and worked as a music director and coach for the improvised musical Miami Noise Machine.
Previous credits include: The Lightning Thief, Cabaret, Godspell, Chicago, Hunchback of Notre Dame, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Newsies, Gypsy, Songs for a New World, Legally Blonde, Violet, Edges, Rent, Damn Yankees, Wedding Singer, Crazy for You, 42nd Street, amongst others.

I work as a Vocal Director at Celebrity Cruises teaching the production cast singers all the music for the onboard shows
2011-2024
I worked as a vocal coach and music director overseeing all aspects of music related with the productions and projects within the company. I recorded, arranged, and accompanied as needed throughout my time there.

University of Miami
I worked as an accompanist for classes, providing feedback to students and helping them work with an accompanist collaboratively in the classroom setting and audition setting. I also music directed and played piano for productions.
